We design great instruments that we stand behind. If you don’t love your new instrument after installing and trying it out, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

How to start the process:

1. Contact support and let us know what email address you used to make the purchase.
2. Once a FAW team member has authorized a refund, we will provide instructions on how to remove the instrument from your computer.
3. When the instrument has been successfully uninstalled from your computer and removed from your account, we’ll issue a full refund.

Refund amount is subject to the currency exchange rate and applicable bank fees at the time that the refund is made.
