Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. To cancel you must e-mail us within seven days of receiving your items and inform us of your order reference number. Take reasonable care of the items and, for any physical products, do not use them if you intend to return them.
In the case of a software product, completing the process of activation constitutes use of the product and said product is thereafter non-returnable.
Prices
Goods, together with VAT, whenever applicable, are invoiced at the prevailing price at the time of your order. All products are charged in either Euro or USD depending on the location of the IP address of your computer. Future Audio Workshop reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
