New: Pedals FX.

Hardware guitar pedals are one of the best ways to elevate your subs and 808s. So we got a bunch of pedals, applied the latest DSP neural modelling techniques, and built them straight into SubLab XL — introducing the new Pedals effect module.

You get 13 different guitar pedal flavors to add real analog grit, saturation, and texture from real gear instantly.

💡 Pro Tip: Load up your favorite preset, add the Green Scream pedal and crank up the amount. Instant Yeat rage 808s.

Here’s some of what’s inside Pedals:

Crunch Lo & Crunch Hi: Two captures of the Boss DS-1, one of the most iconic distortion pedals ever made. Lo is the DS-1 at 10 o’clock, a light crunch with bite. Hi pushes the Dist knob to 3 o’clock for full, saturated drive.

Rodent: A nod to the ProCo RAT. Aggressive and gritty.

Modern: The Revv G3 on the Blue switch. High-gain, tight, and modern — makes your 808 cut through anything.

Stack Clean & Stack OD: Two channels of a Marshall JVM. Use Clean for warmth and body, or Overdrive when you want the full amp stack sound pushing into your sub.

Nasty: The Orange amp’s Nasty channel.

Bass Grind: A Darkglass-style bass distortion capture. The harmonic grit in this one is a classic for lowend.

Tape Sat: The Strymon Deco’s tape saturation. Subtle, analog warmth. The one to reach for when you want extra weight without edge.

There's nothing here (yet)!

That could easily change. We recommend adding SubLab XL.
