This new update is packed with new sounds, new chords, and new features. But before we get into it, here’s how to download the update.
From FAW:
If you purchased Notes directly from our online shop, you can login to your FAW Account and access the latest installers under the downloads tab.
From Plugin Boutique:
We’ve gotten word from PIB that they’re having some technical difficulties with updating installers at the moment, so we’ve posted the latest installers for you here.
Once they’ve sorted things out on their end, the new installers will be added to your Plugin Boutique account.
New: LA Vibes Pack
Funky chords and analog synths washed in a West Coast glow.
Inspired by the colorful harmonies and saturated synths of artists like Tyler, the Creator.
This new pack comes bundled into the 1.0.2 installer.

New: Building Block Chords
After getting some feedback, we’ve added a new chord category: Building Blocks.
This collection covers all the chords in major and minor diatonic scales as well as different scale flavors like Mixolydian and Dorian.
Each chord moves step-by-step up the keyboard; perfect for making your own core chord progressions.

New: Create your own Multikeys Instruments
If you’re not familiar, Multikeys is a new sampling technique designed to add character, texture, and subtle variation to each key press.
At its core, Multikeys is simple: each time you press a key, a different sample is triggered.
These instruments can be created with any samples you want; different instruments, foley, layered and varied processing techniques, different vibes.
We already created our own Multikeys instruments in the Notes factory packs (Textures pack especially) and now you can pull your sounds into Notes to create your own unique instruments.

🔑 Tip: make sure all your samples are tuned to C before you drop them in.
